If they are loading 4500 cu yds a day of debri at an estimated total of 3 to
5 million yds to be collected before demo of houses it will take 1.5 to 2.5
yrs to clean up. I think you need to. Contract with 3 or 4 major contractors
rather than 1 excllusive. Also you need a contractor that has worked with
fema in the past to help residents clear out thed inside of their homes they
are out there. This would be a tremdous help to our already overwhelmed
residents.
