Here's a quick question before anyone signs the release form to have their
homes bulldozed.  If the parish inspectors say the building is unstable but
we haven't settled with insurance, should we hold off signing the release
until we are settled with insurance?

As much as I'm ready to sign off now, I know I have a long battle ahead of
me with the insurance company and don't want to have the building bulldozed
until I'm sure the insurance company will no longer need to see it, or claim
they need to see it.
