If an individual can get a trailer quicker as an employee, then that
benefits the individual.  There is NO REQUIREMENT TO HAVE THE TRAILER AT THE
BUSINESS SITE.  It can be parked in front of the employees' home, if
preferred(and other local conditions are met).  This way the individual gets
the trailer on the basis of employee status quicker.  You will receive one
trailer per FEMA number.  It is more a matter of speed and convenience.
