I live on Dominique and my parents are on the corner of Evangeline and
Benjamin.  Due to the mud stopping the drains in the streets in the
neighborhood,  the water hasn't drained.   The best thing to help the
situation would be to turn off the water supply valves to the houses in the
area.  The valve will be on the side of the house with the water pipe coming
out of the ground to an outside faucet.
