[StBernard] St. Bernard Schools

I missed St. Bernard School Board Superintendant Doris Voitier's report on
WWL-AM radio this afternoon.  Apparently she mentioned the possibility of a
St. Bernard school opening sometime in November.

Did anyone hear the call and can report on it?
