Thanks so much for asking these questions...I hope we all get some
answers soon. We only moved to St. Bernard Parish last October and we
are waiting for answers to everything you are asking. We also want to
move back to the parish and re-build the beautiful home we purchased
there, but not if we're going to lose it all again in a couple of
years...or even twenty years.
