[StBernard] Update from the St. Bernard Parish School Board Superintendent Doris Voitier

Dear Westley:
 
The update from Mrs. Voiter reflects another positive step towards
rebuilding our parish.  It would be helpful to know more as to what grades
will be available and how teachers are selected to participate in this
reopening.  It may be jumping the gun, but if there are ideas as to a school
session starting in January, these ideas should be shared so that parents
can begin making plans to insure that their child has the opportunity to
return to the St. Bernard Parish School system.
