[StBernard] LA driver's license

Wes, have a question.
 
My license expires 11th of next month.  I checked the state website but it
says if I have to make any changes in address it can only be done at an
office.  The only change is to the "temporary" address here in Alabama.  Do
you know if any provisions are being made due to Katrina/Rita for this?
