If someone did wander onto your property and get hurt, what are they going
to sue you for?  Certainly not a destroyed home that is on worthless
property.

But, to avoid any possible worrie of liability, perhaps Craig Tafaro or one
of the other Council member can pass an ordinance holding property owner
harmless should someone enter onto a property without the expressed consent
of the property owner.  Considering the condition all home are in as a
result of the storm, to enter any structure would be considered a safety
risk.  I think such an ordinance under these conditions is in order.
