Hey Westley,

This is Melissa from Boasso and Kiwanis club I am trying to get my 
records faxed over from my neurologist at lsu

I need copies of my last MRI that was taken back in May 2005 I think 
that is the correct month b-4 I get in contact with a local neurologist 
here in Texas
If anybody knows how I can contact Dr Gutierrez please let me know
