[StBernard] Re-wiring houses

Orleans and Jefferson Parishes are requiring all places that had floodwater
touch wiring to entirely replace the wiring in accordance with requirements
Entergy has placed on them.
 
I haven't seen any instructions like this from St. Bernard, only that we use
parish licensed electricians. Can Mike Hunnicut make a statement about the
requirement. Some electricians say that Romex wiring wasn't damaged by flood
water.
