Romex wire has a rubber coating, therefore it should not be necessary to
replace any wiring (outside of aluminum wiring found in older homes).  All
that should be needed is that the end be clipped off and the wire coating
skimed so that the connection points have not been corrupted.  Hopefully,
St. Bernard will follow the logical approach and follow St. Tammmany's lead
and NOT require replacement of the wiring.
