[StBernard] fema trailer or rent

Can one get a fema trailer set up in the parish and also get the rent money
to live where one works just now? So many couples are separated, one with
kids in one town, the other trying to rebuild. Will fema pay for both?
Because if they do, we could rebuild much faster as hubby could stay in the
parish more, while I cannot do so yet.
