[StBernard] Free Bull dozing of houses

My insurance company told me they knew the government was paying for the
bulldozing of houses and will not cover this.  It would be great if someone
could tell me if our insurance company is off the hook since the government
is paying.  I would believe the insurance company should pay if my decision
is to have a private company do this.
