I just printed out a copy of HR3922 and don't see anything about folks over
70 being in a seperate category.  All I get out of the Bill is that if you
didn't have it, you can buy in up to the max for your property IF you didn't
have flood insurance before.
 
Is there something I'm missing?  My mom had flood but was underinsured.
She's 80 so if there is a provision for those over 70 I'd like to know about
it.
