Thanks, Craig.  The address is 303 E. Josephine St., Chalmette.  From what I
understand, the SPCA or the St. Bernard Animal Shelter was contacted more
than once, while the dogs were still alive.  Workers would come to the
house, raise the dogs to higher ground, then leave.  There are 3 total.  I
appreciate your help.
