I would appreciate it if you could check with Craig Taffaro to see if the
parish approved a reciprocal agreement that would allow us to use
electricians that do not reside in St. Bernard Parish, or what steps need to
be taken to be licensed in St. Bernard?  My wife's uncle has his commercial
business and is not looking for work in St. Bernard.  He is, however,
offered his assistance to my mother-in-law (his sister), and my wife and I.
This is especially important because the outside air conditioning condensers
can be salvaged if they are started before the corrosion ruins the motors.
The worse that can happen, according to my air conditioning serviceman, is
that the motor will burn up and the circuit will trip.  In addition, it will
expedite my efforts to rebuild. 
 
Any information will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks to you and Craig for
your continued efforts on behalf of the residents of St. Bernard Parish.
