[StBernard] Looking for Dr. Rowley

[Westley Annis]

Dr. Rowley is not practicing at this moment.  I saw him last week at his
office cleaning up and he said he like everyone else is waiting for the
adjuster.  His plans are to reopen his practice, but did not know how soon.
