Hey Mr. Richardson,
 
Sorry I didn't address the pool issue in the earlier email.  The household
hazardous waste committee is investigating the appropriate answer to dealing
with pools and mosquitos.  Certainly the issue of how to get to people's
pools is a big obstacle.
 
We'll keep you posted.
