There are no reasons why we should not pay it.  My ex refused to allow me to
have her address out of state to send it there. I had an arrangement in
Tangipahoa with a Case Worker here, to have her send me her information in a
request to have the check mailed to her and she refused saying she would
contact the New Orleans Case Worker.
 
Then, since she did not get her checks, she refused to allow me to have
visitation or any correspondence.  
 
Hang in there, it gets better.  Keep trying to pay.
