[StBernard] Rep. Baker Discusses HR 4100

How do we contact Representative Bakers and others to express our support. I
know I would much rather sell my property to LRC rather than foreclose or
abandon it. I loved my neighborhood, but because of my children's education,
employment and my newborn I cannot return on weekends to rebuild nor do I
have the finances; like so many others I was told flood insurance was a
waste of money because I was not in a flood zone. Thanks, Tina Tajalle
