Each sample that is taken is taken by a lab that is overseen by EPA.
Results are analyzed by an agency called Agency for Toxic Substances and
Disease Registry.  If you request to be at your home when they are
scheduling your sampling, I believe they will try to accommodate.
 
There are other independent samples that are taken and split samples that
are also taken to try to assure a validity to the testing.
