Most folks seem to think that government cannot be successfully sued. That
just ain't so folks and one would think the multitude of lawyers that infest
our legislatures and other offices would know that.INJURY merits REMEDY and
the People of St. Bernard Parish have been grievously injured. If you want
to close the ill-considered ditch, take it to court.

lawsuit, by the Natural Resources Defense Council and other plaintiffs,
seeks a court order to curb mid-frequency sonar, the most common method of
