I have a question hopefully someone will be able to help me with. First does
anyone know how to get in touch with the Reiss's that owned Reiss Title
agency in the parish? Are they doing business elsewhere? 
 
We lost 3 vehicles in the storm, received our insurance payout for one.
Purchased a new vehicle that is out of state in Indiana, as of today..we
have plans to go pick it up the week of Thanksgiving. What will I need to do
and where to get a license plate, and transfer the title? I was a St.
Bernard resident, living in Florida since storm but going to Ms in the next
few days before going North to visit ill relatives for the holidays. We will
be driving the new vehicle back and need to know what we need to do to be
legal in doing so. Any help is appreciated. I won't have the title in my
possession until I get there, and it's a motorcycle. I can call an get
insurance now I believe through geico...but need information on how things
