Is the letter referenced below that identifies whether or not your structure
is damaged 50% or more provided automatically as the houses are examined by
the parish (or its representatives), or do we have to request the letter
from the parish?  My mother's home in St. Claude Heights should fall in that
category, but she hasn't decided whether or not to rebuild at her age?
