keep in mind that the flood mapping will not change, if at all, until
sometime  next year to 18 months.  The advisory that may come out in
December will not change the mapping.  Current elevations are in place and
the standard to use in rebuilding in all zones.

What about those in Firm Zone C?  Most houses in my
neighborhood were in zone C and had 8 feet of water. 
What will be required for rebuilding in such cases?
