Westley, enjoy reading the emails... quite informative... need to ask Craig
Taffaro a question concerning flooded abandoned cars... 
Craig, I was in the Parish on Friday, and 3 flooded abandoned cars were
moved onto my lot in Old Arabi... the corner of Pontabla and Mehle.  Does
the Parish has some arrangements with towing these vehicles to some flooded,
abandoned car nirvana?  Thanks for your help... Amy and Rick Zimmer
