Hey Westly,

I have a question I own a house at  9013 Patricia St between Juno and 
Shangrala which is a party-wall and I cannot get in contact with the 
people that own the side that faces 3600 Shangrila. I am not sure if  my 
side is structurly sound or theirs??? The ladies name is Pat Alexander 
she is a nurse at CMC. If anyone knows her whereabouts please have her
