Craig,

A neighbor's vehicle (Ford Expedition) floated into the canal behind my 
house (between Chalona & Gallo - corner of Wisconsin).  Someone pulled it 
out before Rita and it has been sitting in my driveway since.

Please have it removed so that I may have the FEMA trailer placed in the 
driveway.
