[StBernard] Gov. Blanco Extends State of Emergencies

BATON ROUGE, LA- Governor Kathleen Babineaux Blanco issued the following
proclamations on Friday, November 18, 2005;

Governor Blanco issued Proclamation No. 67 KBB 2005 - which grants an
extension of the state of emergency for Hurricane Rita;  

Governor Blanco issued Proclamation No. 68 KBB 2005 - which grants an
extension of the state of emergency for Hurricane Katrina;  

Governor Blanco issued Proclamation No. 69 KBB 2005 - which grants a special
election for the office of councilman at large, Division B, St. John the
Baptist parish, due to the death of the Honorable Joel S. McTopy.
