The rating are used as guides to the decision making process.  If you were
rated under 30% damage then the process for your repairs does not require an
engineering inspection.  Also, keep in mind that the water level was stated
on these reports as the level from the floor of the house, not the ground
outside.
 
If you are rebuiliding, just follow the permitting requirements of community
development.  If you can't find the guidelines on the sbpg.net website, try
calling community development at 278-4310.
