Hey Jer,
Other than the 30-60% you received, did you get a 1,2 or 3. Like I said
previously I got a one which doesn't go along with a 60-100% rating.
I don't know if you saw our house but we passed yours and all the houses in
our area looked basically the same.When we first went to the house it looked
pretty good on the outside but,of course,the inside was a disaster. In our
block,from Josephine to Genie, only two houses were gutted and they still
looked terrible on the inside.
