	Good about asking for direct donations. How about reliefspark.org
	They are in the process of taking on our parish as beneficiary of
their
	efforts. Direct donations to them will go all directly to the
parish,
	probably a higher percentage of it than some others. Just another

Not just a %... Relief Spark can guarantee than 100 Cents on the Dollar will
be returned to St. Bernard Parish.  This is thanks to their benefactors out
in Hollywood, CA.  Thanks to so many we had a great planning meeting for
Project Christmas.  We are kicking off this meeting with a bang.  
 
I just got off the phone with the Director of Habitat for Humanities who is
coming down to St. Bernard before Christmas... he is very interested in Camp
Premier as a place for his volunteers to go in the evenings between building
houses and that there are hot meals served to those who are residents of
Camp Premier.  Why is it until I was in the Parish filming for Relief Spark
did I not find out as a citizen that Camp Premier exists?  They have a nice
place for workers and St. Bernard residents to hang their hats say on a
Saturday night so residents dont have to drive whose many hours back to
where they live. This opens up the possibility for people to work on their
homes two days in a row who cannot find hotels.
