To ALL Residents in the oil impacted area.
 
Today Murphy announced that they anticipated starting to haul debris from
the oil impacted areas starting Friday-  I interpret this to mean something
close to Friday but we'll see.  The Murphy reps were scouting the area today
for the heaviest areas of debris.
 
We shall see.
