My mother went back to her house and found one on the next door neighbor's
home.  I am not sure where she got her information, but she said it means
that the house is unsafe to enter.  She noted that the neighbor had lots of
furniture and other items, and after looking into her home, said it was an
awful mess.  Well, yes, I know everyone's home was an awful mess inside, but
she indicated that the neighbor's seemed to be impossible to enter becuase
of what was inside.  If this is wrong information, I apologize ahead of
time.
