   While I hope to be there...what are the chances of them now lifting the
penalty for insurances wh o have been unresponsive. My boyfriend has yet to
have an adjuster assigned to his claim- 3 months later and the ins company
keeps losing his paperwork- go figure I believe the insurance commissioner
needs his authority to get these (pardon my french) jackasses off of their
assets and pay us off and fairly.
