I gave them permission a month ago, but they have not tested mine, yet. The
house next door & across the street have orange ribbons, but they are the
only ones on our block.

I believe that the orange ribbons are on homes that Murphy oil has tested
for oil. I gave them permission to test the exterior of my house and an
orange ribbon was in place the same day.
