I live at 800 Daryl Drive (the stone house in the middle of the block)  in
Chalmette.  Daryl Drive is located off Plaza one street before Florida Ave.
My mother was at my house today and noticed that 3 very large dogs are
living in my house.  I called Public Works today to report this.  I was told
that St. Bernard does not have an agency picking up dogs.  They would go out
and put some water and food for the dogs.  This is not good enough.  These
dogs could be someones pets.  One of the dogs has an injured leg.  Who can
help with this?
