Allan,
I've been trying to reach you for more than a month!  First, to help track
down 3 FEMA travel trailers.  Left messages on your phone and at Domino
Security Office in person.  No response.  Now, I am trying to reach you
regarding the Enterprise Zone benefit for Dominos.  Any delay will not cause
Domino Refinery to lose one penny of benefit.  The LA Board of Commerce and
Industry, who I met with in Baton Rouge, will not enforce the 90 day
endorsement guideline.  There are a number of applications, since right
before Katrina, which have still not reached me.  I am working in Baton
Rouge to assemble those and have EDC generate endorsement resolutions.
