I think your proposal to be funded by the St. Bernard Chamber is an
excellent idea.  I'll pass it on, especially during these challenging times,
there is a great need for economic development and the chamber to work so
closely together.  I appreciate your creative thinking and the timing is
great since we are introducing the budget Tuesday.
