[StBernard] Inspection reports again

Ok
I went to the site and put in 3500 Mer
which is the neighbor across our street. Had a rating 1 ONE that is, no
structural damage. Oh sh.... that is impossible as water was above the roof
there too for weeks and the whole thing is creaking, ceiling down, walls
caving from the cabinet weight etc. How can this be?
