Public Notice from St. Bernard Parish Council:

The St. Bernard Parish Council, the governing authority, does hereby request
proposals for the engagement of legal counsel to seek payments for damages,
including tort damages, that may be due and payable to the parish of St.
Bernard because of damages caused and loss of revenue incurred due to the
flooding of the parish from the Mississippi River gulf outlet between August
29, 2005 and September 30, 2005.

Submission should be made to the office of David Paysse at 8201 West Judge
Perez Drive, Chalmette LA 70043 via commercial delivery or hand delivery
only. Submissions should include a proposed scope of work, areas of
expertise and proposed fee schedules. Submission deadline is Monday December
19, 2005.
