Editors Note:  I have found it better to deliver documents to a DRC if
possible.  Their overnight courier is better than faxing, at least with the
DRC in Thibodaux.  Also, always include your name and FEMA number on any
piece of correspondence that you send to FEMA.  Don't put it just on the
cover page, put it on everything!  Finally, if this is your first batch of
receipts that you are submitting, be sure you also send them a short letter
explaining your plan to get off of rental assistance.  They basically want
to know you are working to get off of assistance and not attempting to milk
the system.
