[StBernard] Building/Rental Space in St. Bernard

		Hi Westley,
		 
		A friend of mine, Deborah Keller (resident and strong
supporter of St. Bernard Parish), gave me your email address and suggested I
send you some information in hopes of your helping us get the word out
regarding some rental space available in St. Bernard.  
		 
		My husband, Ryan Murphy, and I have a building located at
5505 East Judge Perez Drive in Violet, Louisiana.  This building was
previously occupied by the State of Louisiana, Office of Family Support,
prior to Katrina, but they have since cancelled this lease with us.
Therefore, we are looking for new tenants to occupy this space.
		 
		The one story building was constructed two years ago and is
10,000 ft2 (111ft X 88ft) with with an eave height of 12ft and a pitch of
22ft.  We are scheduled to begin repairs on the building shortly, and can
offer to renovate the interior to suit the next tenant's needs.  The
building can be used as office, storage, general warehouse, or combined
purposes.  There is also yard space surrounding the building which can be
fenced in for additional equipment storage.  Repairs to the building are not
expected to take more than three weeks.  There is also a larg e concrete
parking lot with subsurface drainage (127ft X 100 ft) in front of the
building which can hold approximately 37 vehicles or multiple trailers.
		 
		I would greatly appreciate it if you could pass this
information on to anyone who might be in need of storage/office/warehouse
space, or even space to store trailers in the parking area.
