[StBernard] removal of flooded cars

I emailed a few days ago but have heard no reply from anyone. My friends
from Volpe Street are currently living out of state and need to get rid of
three cars that were flooded but not being removed by insurance since they
were not covered for flood. The titles for all three cars were in house that
got flooded as well and therefore ruined and the copies that were in the
glove boxes are unreadable. What are their options.
