This email reminded me of something. If anything happens to Art and Anna,
and you or Michelle inherit their new house, you will be too young to live
there. Don't worry, Margie or I can move in.

You guys are really scaring me. Demolition is a very scary word for
someone
who has not settled with their insurance company's yet. Someone who
is
several hours away and cannot just pick up, come down to the site
and see
what is going on. It seems everyday there is more breaking news, I
have been
hearing about this Baker Bill for a while, but just learned if you
sell them
your house and want to buy it back it will not be your same
property. Well
who decides where I am going to live. I am 58 years old and do not
want to
be put in the retirement community that I have heard, was one of the
plans
the Marvin LeBlanc team has come up with. When I pass my children
will
inherit my house why would I want to put them in a place where they
are
their children would not be welcomed. Giving me an ultimatum about a
certain
date to destroy something that has been apart of my life for 38
years,
something we built from the ground up is a big mistake when all the
details
have not been set down in front of us. We are not sure what our
options
really are. I can understand why you feel a need for progress but
can your
conscience really let you set a date for free demolition when ya'll
have not
done your part and giving us the clear facts on our options.
Sue
