I'm not 100% sure on this, but I would think they would rather the house be
demolished.  This helps give them the "clean slate" to redesign the
subdivisions.  I will try to call Rep. Baker's office and see if I can get a
clarification.

You made a good point as to what is done with the property after you sell
it.Like you said,"does it matter?"
My question has probably been answered and maybe I was napping. In the Baker
Plan is it necessary for the house to still be on the property or can the
house be demolished beforehand? In other words, is the house and lot to be
bought in this plan or just the lot?
