There is a plan to have volunteers come in after the first of the year from
the habitat for humanity to do gutting.  This may take longer than what
people would like, but it is free.

brother and cousin have been gutting houses for people. I am not sure how
much they charge, I think it depends on the size of the house, but they will
go out and look at your house and give an estimate if anyone is interested.
