I sure give her and Nagin credit for not cracking under the pressure; who
would want their jobs? This is just an observation, but fortunately and
unfortunately, New Orleans is viewed by the rest of the country as a fool's
paradise and this is the first time in history we are asking to be taken
seriously. I think that they both need to be more hard-edged and direct in
