Please see the recent release for the council's first proposal for
mitigation.  But for the record, I have never endorsed a blanket mitigation
for all areas north of Genie- there may be some validity to the idea, but I
do not think it is practical under mitigation.

 but, I understand that it may be part of a propsoal that Cragg Tafarro is
behind.  I'd appreciate it if Craig, or another Councilmember, could either
explain this proposal in some detail, or, put an end to this rumor, if
infact that's what it actually is.
